SERVICES
What we do
Eight services across the delivery lifecycle. Each one can be bought on its own, folded into a dedicated team, or run as a managed scope.

Application Development
Platform configuration, custom build and extensions — workflows, scripts, forms, portals and reports. We work inside your standards, branching model and release calendar rather than bringing our own.
TYPICAL SCOPE · CONFIGURATION · CUSTOM COMPONENTS · PORTAL BUILD · REPORTS

Integration Services
Connecting the platform to everything around it — payments, GIS, finance systems, identity, document management. API design, middleware configuration, error handling and reconciliation.
Typical scope · API build · middleware · error handling · monitoring

Data Migration
Legacy extraction, profiling, mapping and load, with reconciliation at every stage. We build the migration as repeatable scripts so a dress rehearsal can be run as many times as the cutover needs.
Typical scope · profiling · mapping · trial loads · reconciliation

QA & Test Services
Functional, regression and performance testing as a standing capability rather than a phase. Test case libraries stay with the platform, so each release is checked against what shipped before it.
Typical scope · test design · regression suites · automation · UAT support

Application Support
Day-to-day service desk work — intake, triage, classification, resolution and release support. Tickets are timestamped at each stage so response and resolution times are measurable rather than estimated.
Typical scope · intake · triage · L2/L3 resolution · release support

IT Service Desk
First-line support for your people — access and account requests, laptops and devices, mailbox and collaboration tools, and triage of everything else to the team that owns it. Your users get one place to ask; your engineers stop being the help desk.
Typical scope · L1 triage · access management · device and mailbox support · escalation

Managed Services
A defined scope we own outright against agreed response and resolution targets, with monthly reporting. An implementation builds and launches the platform; this keeps it running and improving afterwards.
Typical scope · owned queue · SLA targets · monthly reporting · backlog
