• NDA and IP assignment as standard
  • Background checks on every team member
  • Named access, least privilege, revoked at rollout
  • Work in your systems — nothing copied locally
What does this cost?

Rates depend on seniority mix, platform and engagement model — the table above gives indicative monthly ranges per person, and a firm quote takes one call.

How quickly can you start?

Ninety days from screened candidates to a productive team on the platforms we specialise in. Where the volume is larger or the skill mix is broader, the ramp runs to six months; we will tell you which of the two you are looking at in the first call.

How do you protect our client relationship?

The engagement runs under your brand: your email domain, your ticketing system, your release process, your name on the deliverable. The people on your account are briefed on how your firm works and held to your professional standards, and the arrangement is written into the agreement, including mutual non-solicitation and a commitment not to take direct work in accounts we have delivered into. Our business depends on partners bringing us back; we protect that the same way you protect your own client list.

What happens if someone leaves mid-engagement?

We cover the gap from the existing team while we source a replacement, so nothing sits unattended. Runbooks and account knowledge are written down as the work happens, which is what makes the cover possible and what shortens the handover when the new person arrives.

Who owns the IP and the code?

You do, in most engagements. IP assignment is signed as standard at the start, so ownership of everything built on your account is settled before any work begins rather than negotiated at the end.

What are your security and data practices?

Work happens in your systems, from our office in India; nothing is copied to a local machine and we hold no client data on our side. Access is granted to named individuals under least privilege and revoked the day someone rolls off. Everyone is background-checked and signs an NDA and IP assignment before starting. Team members work on company-managed laptops with disk encryption and enforced screen lock, with no removable media in the delivery area. Production data is masked before it reaches a test environment. A suspected incident goes to your named contact inside the window set in the engagement. At the end of an engagement, access is revoked, working files are destroyed and nothing is retained.

What’s the smallest engagement that works?

A paid pilot — one person or one process, scoped to a few weeks. It is the shortest way to see how the team works before committing to a longer arrangement, and it converts into a dedicated team or a managed service once it proves out.
